Mexico Coach Juan Carlos Osorio wears G-Shock Mudmaster

Mexico national football team coach Juan Carlos Osorio wore a Casio G-Shock Mudmaster wristwatch during his team’s stunning upset over defending champion Germany in the group stage of the World Cup 2018. The watch appears to be the Mudmaster GWG-1000-1A with a black band. The GWG-1000 is a Tough Solar/Multi-Band 6 model with the Triple Sensor (altimeter-barometer, compass, thermometer), mud and vibration resistance, and sapphire crystal. The extra-large GWG-1000-1A is a curious choice for Osorio as he regularly coaches wearing a dress shirt and suit, but the rugged analog-digital survival watch doesn’t look so out of place in these pictures. Osorio has also been seen wearing a camouflage G-Shock GD-X6900CM-5. He sometimes wears both G-Shock watches simultaneously during training.
